About Sharon Brown - Head Pilates Instructor & Owner

Sharon Brown Pilates teaches the MENEZES METHOD TM Pilates. This type of Pilates is a unique and dynamic exercise system, created by Allan Menezes, Director of Pilates Institute of Australasia that helps you develop inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

Sharon Brown is the head instructor and has over 10 years experience teaching Pilates and over 20 years in the fitness industry. My knowledge and expertise will assist you to develop your inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, increased flexibility, balance and control.

Not only do I have a love for Pilates, I am a fully trained Group Fitness trainer, and love working out myself! You will often find me pushing myself to my limits at my local gym.
